On Tuesday, February 26th we're hosting the crew from acclaimed Portland, ME restaurant The Honey Paw at Butcher & Bee for one night only.
The owners of award-winning Portland oyster spot Eventide opened The Honey Paw next door in 2015. The modern pan-Asian joint is known for their handmade noodles, steaming broths, savory wontons, and wok-fried noodles prepared with New England ingredients. Named 2016 Eater Restaurant of the Year for Maine, the all-day restaurant transforms Asian classics and dim sum favorites with a mashup of local ingredients and global techniques.
The Honey Paw and B&B teams are putting together a collaborative menu featuring Honey Paw snacks, Asian small plates and cocktails alongside a few collaborative dishes & B&B favorites - all served family style. Reservations are encouraged and can be made via Resy or over the phone, or walk-in any time between 5pm and 10pm. Dinner will be served a la carte.
