On Thursday, May 23rd and Friday, May 24th we'll be cooking with chef Roy Hyams from Nahum Wine House in Haifa, Israel. Lauded as a hidden gem in the northern city of Haifa off the coast of the Mediterranean, the menu at at the 22-seat wine bar offers seasonal small plates paired with a thoughtfully sourced list of often underappreciated local Israeli wines.
For two nights, we'll be featuring dishes using spices and olive oils from Israel paired with Lowcountry ingredients from the team at Nahum alongside our B&B dinner menus, plus a few collaborative dishes. Roy will be joined by Nahum owner/sommelier Eran Mizrahi and sous chef Carmel Barak. The crew will also be pouring select wines direct from Israel.
Dinner is offered a la carte, reservations are recommended. Call us at 843-619-0202 or book a table on Resy.
