On July 3rd, NYC comes to Charleston when we'll be hosting chef Jonathan Wu of Fung Tu for a collaborative dinner for one night only.
Literally translated to "wind" and "soil," Fung Tu has come to mean "hometown flavor"; a translation passed down from Wu's grandfather encompassing the idea of a sense of place with regard to quality ingredients, evolving local tastes, customs, and culture, and a perfect representation of Wu's inventive Chinese-American fare.
Wu and B&B chef Chelsey Conrad have put together a collaborative menu of B&B + Fung Tu summer dishes - a mash-up of authentically inauthentic Chinese, American, Middle Eastern and Southern fare. Dinner will be served a la carte and reservations are recommended - head to our website or call 843-619-0202 to reserve.
***Please note: we are NOT taking reservations or tickets over Eventbrite, this is the event listing only. In order to make a reservation, please call us or head to our website: butcherandbee.com/charleston***
