On Thursday, March 15th, Butcher & Bee will be hosting famed Napa Elizabeth Spencer Winery for a multi-course dinner and vertical wine tasting. Established in 1998 by husband and wife team Spencer Graham and Elizabeth Pressler, the duo began their journey with a 1998 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and since then they have continued to focus on working with prestigious vineyard growers.
Guests will be able to taste limited allocation vintage Elizabeth Spencer wines along side current Elizabeth Spencer favorites. In additon to wine, guests will enjoy a menu of mezze, entrees and dessert prepared by Chelsey Conrad and Cynthia Wong. Tax and gratuity are included in the ticket price.
